Sad news to report that a Father of two little twin girls from Georgia left his daughters in the car and the passed away.
Asa North, 24, of Carrollton was arrested early Friday, local news outlets reported. North is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of reckless conduct, Carroll County jail records show.
It was said the Neighbors were screaming and tried to help the twins. Reports say that the mother was in Atlanta at the time
