5 ‘SUPPOSED-TO-BE-COLLABORATE-ARTISTS’ WITH ADELE ON ALBUM 25

The five of the inspiring artists are listed below in which they should have worked with Adele on her album ’25’ – but didn’t.

Whiz Khalifa

The rapper, Whiz Khalifa, had announced in the early 2014 about Adele appearing on his latest album Blacc Hollywood. However, in May, Wiz Khalifa returned to the studio with Rap-up stating that the track was not going to be release onto the album as he stated,

It was like an idea,”

He added,

Maybe we’ll get to do a remix or something.”

Phil Collins

Adele once announced to Rolling Stone having Phil Collins to work with her as she positively gave it a compliment such as ‘genius’ and ‘nice.’ However, she admitted about being scared when it comes to recording with him. Until then, Collins later called her ‘slippery fish’ which apparently remains unclear if they are able to make it to their decision.

Sia

As stated by Adele to Rolling Stone,

“I actually love the dynamic of us both being in there and just fucking being bossy.”

Having said that, combining Hello and Chandelier artists sounds more than a beautiful masterpiece. However, it still had not been able to make it to the final cut on the album ’25.’

Diane Warren

Diane Warren recently revealed to Hitfix about her relationship with Adele stating,

“Really clicked and really connected and I really like her as a person.”

With this, they should be making a collaborate music together by now. Instead Warren told Dishnation last 2014 on November saying,

I don’t think anybody knows. I have no idea. We did three great songs together. I assume something will be on there. They’re really quality, great stuff.”

Damon Albarn

As exciting as we expect to see Adele and Damon Albarn would collaborate – it just won’t happen. As he stated to The Sun in September,

Adele asked me to work with her and I took the time out for her… And I’m not a producer, so… I don’t know what is happening really… Will she use any of the stuff? I don’t think so. Let’s wait and see… The thing is, she’s very insecure. And she doesn’t need to be, she’s still so young.”

As Adele bravely responded during her cover interview with Rolling Stone saying,

And the saddest thing was that I was such a big Blur fan growing up,” she said. “But it was sad, and I regret hanging out with him. None of it was right. None of it suited my record. He said I was insecure, when I’m the least-insecure person I know. I was asking his opinion about my fears, about coming back with a child involved — because he has a child — and then he calls me insecure?”

Nevertheless, Adele would deserve a down-to-earth and an outstanding artist to truly collaborate her golden voice!
