An adult film actress Danica Dillon sued Josh Duggar, 27, in assaulting her that allegedly caused her both physical and emotional injuries. Since the consensual sex, he propositioned her in a Philadelphia strip club in March.
According to legal papers, Josh Dillon says that she was indeed a performer at The Gold Club in Philadelphia wherein he paid her $600 for lap dances. Afterwards, Danica Dillon claims that he then invited her to his hotel room in which they both had an agreement to have sex. To which the incident happen having Josh paid $1,500 but purposely “manhandled” her that led the adult film actress feel like she was being raped.
Duggar tried to apologize after one month, Dillon says. It happened during her dancing at another venue but she claims he just was in the motive to deceive her into meeting with him in private, in which, he allegedly assaulted her again.
As for Dillon’s contrary to her accusations, he spoke out during an interview in Entertainment Tonight saying she never refused his request and had agreed to the sex. Hence, saying she never told him “no.”
During the times, while Duggar is currently in rehab and has no lawyer yet. Having said that, Dillon’s Attorney, Marc J. Frumer, will be expecting that the case will be resolved within 9 to 18 months.
Lastly, “While sex may be consensual, an assault and battery is clearly beyond scope of any consent. Dillon is seeking justice for herself.” He says.
